As a highly qualified educator, I plan to use Databases in my school district by utilizing  Online Gradebook Databases.  With grade book databases, such as, iNow and Engade, administrators, teachers, parents, and students can be on the same page when it comes to students’ performances.  For teachers,   grades can be entered at home.  If parents have access, they may access their students grades before any problems get out of hand.   Administrators do not have to solely rely on their teachers for information about students’ grades.
