Question: What do you see as the major advantages of video movie making and podcasting for students at the elementary, middle, ad high school levels?
I see the major advantages of video movie making and podcasting for students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as a way to interactive with other people without physically being there. At times, there might be a strain of a school district’s resources to provide the children with the necessary field trips that would be beneficial to their educational process. Therefore, it is up to us, as educators, to provide a supplemental form of these field trips virtually. In the end, we have students that are able to compete with others in a global society.
